How to Make Karunkuruvai Flakes Porridge

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Karunkuruvai flakes.
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup milk ( or coconut / almond milk for a vegan version )
• 1-2 tbsp of jaggery or honey (for sweetness).
• 1 tsp cardamom powder.
• Chopped nuts (almonds, cashew) and raisins for garnish.
• Grated Coconut (Optional).

Instructions:

1. Rinse the karunkuruvai flakes and soak them in water for 5-10 minutes.
