How to Make Foxtail Millet Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 cup DelishWithLove’s Foxtail Millet Flour.
• ½ cups rice flour (optional for crispiness).
• 2 cups of water.
• A pinch of salt.
• Oil for greasing the pan
  

Instructions:

1. Mix Foxtail Millet Flour, rice flour, and salt in a bowl.
2. Gradually add water to create a thin, pourable batter.
3. Heat a non-stick pan or dosa tawa, lightly grease it with oil.
4. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin, round shape.
5. Cook on medium heat until the edges start to lift and turn golden. Flip and cook the other side for a few seconds.
6. Serve crispy dosas with chutney or sambar
