How to Make Kodo Millet Rava Upma

Ingredients:

• 1 cup DelsihWithLove Kodo Millet Rava Mix.
• 2 cups water.
• 1 onion (Chopped)
• 1-2 green chillies (Chopped)
• 1 tsp mustard seeds
• 1 tsp urad dal
• Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
• Oil to ghee
• Optional: Vegetables of your choices like carrots, peas, and beans.
  

Instructions:

• Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
• Add urad dal, green chillies, curry leaves, and chopped onion. Sauté until the onions turn soft.
• Add your choice of vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
• Add 2 cups of water, salt, and bring it to a boil.
• Gradually stir in 1 cup of the Kodo Millet Rava Mix.
• Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally until the water is absorbed and the rava is fully cooked.
• Serve hot with coconut chutney or a side of your choice.
